致外籍人士和境外返紹人員的公開信
在全市人民的積極配合、共同努力下，我市新型冠冠狀病毒肺炎疫情防控工作取得了階段性成效。但全球抗擊新冠肺炎疫情的形勢依然嚴峻復雜，目前多國確認病例蔓延，疫情擴散的勢頭尚未得到有效遏制。做好境外來紹人員的疫情防控工作，已成為我市疫情防控工作的重點。為進一步保障您和家人的健康，保護城市安全，我們向您友情提示：
一、當前我市疫情蔓延勢頭得到遏制，為了有效防范境外疫情輸入和擴散，減少不必要的人員流動，如您還未來紹，有商務、旅游、訪問等短期來紹的計劃安排，除非十分必要，為了您和我市公民的共同的健康安全，建議暫緩來紹，待疫情平穩可控后歡迎來紹。
二、如您已來紹，請自覺并嚴格遵守我市發布的各項疫情防控措施，請理解、支持和服從現場工作人員對您采取的健康檢查和管理。

如您已返回在紹寓所，請第一時間向所在社區報到，如實報告您的旅居史，等14天醫學觀察過后，再恢復正常工作、商務和生活活動。
如您出現發熱、乏力、干咳等不適癥狀，請勿慌張和恐懼，戴好口罩，及時報告接待方、居留社區(酒店)、疾控部門等，服從安排前往定點醫院就診。
如您因自身原因，未能配合當地疫情防控機構采取的合法合理的管控措施，相關職能機構有權依法依規對您采取進一步的管控措施。
三、社區是我們共同的家園，請您和社區所有人員遵守疫情防控措施，共同配合互相監督。一旦發現有害疫情防控的行為和現象，請借助12345市長熱線或社區公開服務電話，通知有關部門加強管理。

A Letter to Foreign Nationals and Inbound Travelers to Shaoxing
With the active cooperation and joint efforts of all the citizens, thecontrol of COVID-19 spread in our city has achieved phased results. However, theglobal fight against COVID-19 is still in tough situation. Currently, manycountries have confirmed the spread of COVID-19, and the epidemic has not beeneffectively stopped. To prevent its further spread among inbound travelers toShaoxing has become the city's top priority in the epidemic prevention andcontrol. To protect the health of you and your family and ensure the safety ofthe city, we would like to remind you:
First, we have been able to contain the wide spread of the epidemic at thepresent stage. In order to effectively control the import of overseas epidemicand reduce large-scale human traffic, if you have short-term travel plans toShaoxing, we strongly recommend that you postpone your visit unless it isessentially necessary. You are welcome to come to visit the city after theepidemic is contained.
Second, if you have already come to Shaoxing, please be aware of and strictlyabide by the epidemic control measures issued by the municipal government.Please support and cooperate with the on-site staff in health check and epidemicmanagement.
If you come from a country or region with a ongoing severe outbreak of theepidemic, please cooperate with the epidemic prevention and control departmentto take the 14-day medical quarantine observation measures.
If you have returned to your residence in Shaoxing, please report to localcommunity promptly about your travel history. You will regain normal life afterthe 14-day medical quarantine observation period.
If you have fever, fatigue, dry cough and other uncomfortable symptoms, donot panic and please contact your host, residential community (hotel), diseasecontrol department, etc., wear your face mask and go to the designated hospitalfor diagnosis and treatment.
If you fail to cooperate with the appropriate regulatory measures taken bythe local epidemic prevention and control authorities, the relevant functionalinstitutes will take further regulatory measures in accordance with the law.
Third, the community is our home. Please abide by the epidemic prevention andcontrol measures and cooperate with local community authorities. If you find anybehaviors which might be detrimental to the prevention and control efforts,please call the mayor's hot line 12345 or the community's public service hotline.
The control of the epidemic needs the participation, support and cooperationof every citizen and visitor. We attach great importance to the health andsafety of foreign nationals and inbound travelers. We have the confidence andability to win the battle against COVID-19 and ensure the health and safety ofall residents in Shaoxing.
